**Booking Requirement**
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all lash appointments and $100 for PMU appointments. This deposit ensures your spot in our schedule and covers initial preparation costs.
**Deposit Application**
- The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
**Payment Method**
- Deposits can be paid online via Apple Pay , Venmo, credit card at the time of booking.
**Cancellation and Rescheduling**
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
**Late Arrivals**
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior notice, it may be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
**No-Shows**
- Failure to appear for your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
**Exceptional Circumstances**
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss an exceptional situation.
**Policy Agreement**
- By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this deposit.
